Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patrick Hervieux started the match with the kick off. A hard shot by Freddy Guillerme from long distance, 3 minutes into the match, got Jean-Pierre Delamotte's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Vincent Marrec hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Allan Vandevelde kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match Freddy Guillerme sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jean-Pierre Delamotte skillfully saved the ball. The attack was good, but when Jonathan Chevance in the 13th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Mathias Nouet came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Herblay's Jonathan Chevance. But to his dismay, Jonathan Chevance quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Mathias Montes hit a great ball. Alexis Lussiez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Jean-Pierre Delamotte made a huge save. Herblay's Jean-Pierre Delamotte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Herblay from getting a goal against them. In the 27th match minute, Herblay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Fougeron to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Rocheville's Robert Conan got a free kick in the 31st minute. Jonathan Chevance fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Nouet having to interfere. Rocheville's Mathias Nouet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Hervieux in the 36th minute of play. If Allan Vandevelde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexis Lussiez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Jean-Pierre Delamotte made a huge save. Alexis Lussiez might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jean-Pierre Delamotte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexis Lussiez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 48th minute, Rocheville's Allan Vandevelde ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jean-Pierre Delamotte. Jean-Pierre Delamotte yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Allan Vandevelde made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrick Hervieux in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathias Nouet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patrick Hervieux might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mathias Nouet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patrick Hervieux ran back to his position shaking his head. 64 minutes into the match, Alexis Lussiez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jean-Pierre Delamotte. Herblay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexis Lussiez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Patrick Hervieux received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Mathias Nouet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrick Hervieux struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Mathias Nouet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herblay. After 87 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Montes.
