Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Danny Conchon started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Titouan Goblet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clement Guimard in the 8th minute of play. Clement Guimard might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Titouan Goblet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clement Guimard ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th match minute, Villemanoche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calvin Le Petit to maneuver through the defense. Jordy Galle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Lepan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Ramzi Fort fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Titouan Goblet having to interfere. Danny Conchon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. David Lepan came out and tried to block the shot, but Danny Conchon slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 30th minute. If Danny Conchon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Champagné's Jordy Galle got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Boris Boudeau fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Champagné's protests and gave Boris Boudeau a yellow card for diving instead. Boris Boudeau hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramzi Fort made a kick off. Calvin Le Petit's late challenge caught a Champagné's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Calvin Le Petit helped the player get up and apologised. Calvin Le Petit kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. When Champagné's Danny Conchon, in the 56th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Champagné. When Jordy Galle came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Champagné fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jordy Galle couldn't finish the play. After having played for 66 minutes, Jordy Galle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Champagné's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jordy Galle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Danny Conchon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Lepan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danny Conchon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Danny Conchon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Lepan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Burlet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. David Lepan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chants of Villemanoche echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Champagné had held the ball for most of the match.
