When Luynes's Erwin Fossey in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bergue's goalie prevented a goal. In the 7th minute, Rodolphe Pretot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walter Gilibert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franck Herve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Bastien Krauss notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Luynes's Djimmy Engrand. Djimmy Engrand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bergue's Walter Gilibert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erwin Fossey in the 16th minute of play. If Franck Herve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Djimmy Engrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romain Beucher in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Bastien Krauss got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Bastien Krauss sped through Luynes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Djimmy Engrand. Franck Herve recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erwin Fossey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Franck Herve managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luynes's supporters rose to their feet, but Franck Herve was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walter Gilibert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erwin Fossey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Romain Beucher hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Djimmy Engrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bastien Krauss, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The supporters of Bergue booed when Luynes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steven Moutarde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bastien Krauss struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Djimmy Engrand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bergue. 72 minutes into the game, Bergue's Romain Beucher nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Djimmy Engrand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Walter Gilibert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erwin Fossey in the 80th minute of play. Bergue's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Erwin Fossey 82 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. The supporters of Luynes booed when Bergue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Corbineau didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute of the match Gabriel Benezet shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Walter Gilibert showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bastien Krauss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
