Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tristan Gaulier's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Bernard De Castro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Frouard's zone, Joey Jean-Marie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernard De Castro came out of the goal and Joey Jean-Marie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute Joey Jean-Marie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard De Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Emile Pigeard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Charles-Henri Duville got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Charles-Henri Duville recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Charles-Henri Duville got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emile Pigeard in the 29th minute of play forced Rieulay's goalkeeper Brian Poyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charles-Henri Duville fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Poyer having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Tristan Gaulier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rieulay's supporters rose to their feet, but Tristan Gaulier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernard De Castro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frouard's Bernard De Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joey Jean-Marie in the 44th minute of play. Isaac Bellamy kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joey Jean-Marie was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Rieulay's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Baptiste Chardin came free, but Brian Poyer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charles-Henri Duville received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Brian Poyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emile Pigeard struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Brian Poyer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frouard. After having played for 73 minutes, Joey Jean-Marie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rieulay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joey Jean-Marie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute, Bastien Goin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Emile Pigeard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charles-Henri Duville in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brian Poyer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joey Jean-Marie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard De Castro having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Emile Pigeard recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Brian Poyer. Emile Pigeard showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Charles-Henri Duville fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Poyer having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Frouard failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
