Ramzi Galan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guy Rabu in the 27th minute of the match. Guy Rabu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramzi Galan having to interfere. In the 37thth minute of the game Guy Rabu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bernassière's Ramzi Galan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Bernassière getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Rene Coulomb hit a great ball. In the 41st minute Bompas were awarded a corner. Joaquim Collot went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 41st minute, Guy Rabu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Bernassière's goalkeeper Ramzi Galan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Massin.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guy Rabu to strike the kick off in the second half. Igor Massin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Ramzi Galan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jean-Michel Schlegel got free with Benjamin Mathy in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guy Rabu might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ramzi Galan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guy Rabu ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Jean-Michel Schlegel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bernassière's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Michel Schlegel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Mathy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guy Rabu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Bernassière defense, Guy Rabu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramzi Galan. The Bernassière fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramzi Galan should have stopped the shot. Bernassière's Ramzi Galan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Massin in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Bernassière getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Rene Coulomb hit a great ball. Ramzi Galan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Massin, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Igor Massin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jean-Michel Schlegel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Mathy having to interfere. In the 90th minute Igor Massin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramzi Galan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
