Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Noel Dunand took the kick off in the first half of the match. Julien Anne was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 8th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 9 played minutes Carnetin got a freekick which was hit by Hippolyte Vandamme. Noel Dunand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierrick Le Duff having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noel Dunand in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pierrick Le Duff prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dimitri Legrain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierrick Le Duff having to interfere. Jean-Baptiste Coignet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martial Philippeau having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Carnetin's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitri Legrain came free, but Pierrick Le Duff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jean-Baptiste Coignet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Martial Philippeau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute Dimitri Legrain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierrick Le Duff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martial Philippeau made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Jean-Baptiste Coignet sent off a good shot on target. Jean-Baptiste Coignet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martial Philippeau having to interfere. Martial Philippeau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guy Penicaud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Carnetin's Guy Penicaud in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Picterie's goalie prevented a goal. If Guy Penicaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Picterie were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guy Penicaud to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Picterie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florent Seon to maneuver through the defense. Martial Philippeau came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Carnetin's Guy Penicaud. But to his dismay, Guy Penicaud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Guy Penicaud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martial Philippeau having to interfere. When Morgan Moulin fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Picterie's protests and gave Morgan Moulin a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Carnetin booed when Picterie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morgan Moulin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Guy Penicaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julien Anne, 72 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 74th minute, Morgan Moulin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 78 minutes, Noel Dunand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Picterie and the Carnetin players grew even worse after the yellow card. Noel Dunand kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Pierrick Le Duff didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitri Legrain went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In a very dangerous position, a player in Picterie fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! Picterie:s Martial Philippeau showed great skill when he stopped Ahmid Duthu:s penalty. Martial Philippeau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guy Penicaud, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Picterie walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
