Leon Faux kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Robin Laporte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthony Gruau in the 4th minute of the match. If Jean-Christophe Sy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anthony Gruau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Robin Laporte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joseph Duris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joseph Duris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrien Frere having to interfere. Joseph Duris in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Adrien Frere, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Corentin Paty charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Corentin Paty the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Macou fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! 37 minutes into the match, Macou's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Ferriere came free, but Adrien Frere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Macou's Adrien Frere got control of the ball when Joseph Duris tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcel Mayen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Robin Laporte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tim Ferriere to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Tim Ferriere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrien Frere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilien Magniez hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Corentin Paty was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Joseph Duris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Anthony Gruau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Macou's supporters rose to their feet, but Anthony Gruau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robin Laporte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joseph Duris might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adrien Frere. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joseph Duris ran back to his position shaking his head. Tim Ferriere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joseph Duris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcel Mayen kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Adrien Frere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joseph Duris in the 82nd minute of play. Joseph Duris took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrien Frere. Adrien Frere dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Joseph Duris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Richard Le Lay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Laporte having to interfere. Macou's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
