Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Chaparon's Richard Lecas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Chaparon's Marc Vasseur sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hippolyte Lance narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Richard Lecas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruce Darricau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Henault, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Lecas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Hippolyte Lance tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Chaparon's Hippolyte Lance threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Richard Lecas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Leopold Tuffery struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Bruce Darricau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sonnaz. After 18 played minutes Chaparon got a freekick which was hit by Noe Duvernois. Bruce Darricau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Henault, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Bruce Darricau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Henault in the 22nd minute of play. Marc Vasseur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hippolyte Lance having to interfere. The Chaparon fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Chaparon's Marc Vasseur looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marc Vasseur took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hippolyte Lance. Hippolyte Lance dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 48 minutes into the game, Florentin Cadieu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sonnaz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chaparon the free kick. Florentin Cadieu hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Walter Henault made the kick off in the second half. Sonnaz's Hippolyte Lance played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noe Duvernois in the 53rd minute of play. After 65 played minutes, Chaparon's Axel Despres shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hippolyte Lance came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chaparon reached it. Richard Lecas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Leopold Tuffery made a precise shot to the right of Bruce Darricau. Chaparon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Hippolyte Lance made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Lecas in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Richard Lecas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th match minute, Chaparon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noe Duvernois to maneuver through the defense. When Florentin Cadieu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 81 minutes had been played. Florentin Cadieu kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sonnaz's zone, Marc Vasseur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hippolyte Lance came out of the goal and Marc Vasseur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leopold Tuffery struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Bruce Darricau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sonnaz. 93 minutes into the game, Paul-Henri Monnet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sonnaz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chaparon the free kick. After 93 played minutes Sonnaz got a freekick which was hit by Paul-Henri Monnet. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chaparon had won after a very even match.
