Pyramide's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maclamod the free kick. The supporters of Maclamod booed when Pyramide was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Firmin Leopold didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascal Correard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Brice Waechter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julien Cochard in the 10th minute of play forced Pyramide's goalkeeper Brice Waechter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Pascal Correard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julien Cochard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maclamod's Reynald Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathys Pereira in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of Pyramide booed when Maclamod was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Titouan Arnoux didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 19 played minutes, Pyramide's Stanislas Chaton shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Reynald Navarro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pyramide reached it. A collision led to Maclamod getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Titouan Arnoux hit a great ball. Reynald Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathys Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hubert Poitou kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The audience cheered when Ethan Adel's long shot passed Brice Waechter's right side. It was 1-0, 23 minutes into the match. Brice Waechter made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Pascal Correard sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julien Cochard in the 35th minute of play forced Pyramide's goalkeeper Brice Waechter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Titouan Arnoux fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maclamod's protests and gave Titouan Arnoux a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julien Cochard in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brice Waechter prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Fichet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julien Cochard in the 55th minute of play forced Pyramide's goalkeeper Brice Waechter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julien Cochard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mathys Pereira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Reynald Navarro made a huge save. Reynald Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Fichet in the 68th minute of the match. Simon Fichet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynald Navarro having to interfere. After 73 minutes of play Maclamod's Titouan Arnoux was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Titouan Arnoux kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Mathys Pereira did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Reynald Navarro 75 minutes into the match. Maclamod's Reynald Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Fichet in the 79th minute of play. Mathys Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynald Navarro having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Simon Fichet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reynald Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Mathys Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynald Navarro having to interfere.
