Philibert Meline took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Madjid Duche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes in the game, Madjid Duche fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Philibert Meline having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Dominique Coutelle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dominique Coutelle during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 24 minutes, Jean-Yves Planchenault managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fondettes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jean-Yves Planchenault was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 29 minutes into the game, Fondettes's Jean-Yves Planchenault nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Philibert Meline made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Madjid Duche was extremely unlucky when he, in the 34th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 37 minutes into the match, Eze's goal looked a bit too open when Madjid Duche came free, but Philibert Meline reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lorenzo Bonnafoux fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eze's protests and gave Lorenzo Bonnafoux a yellow card for diving instead. Lorenzo Bonnafoux kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. If Lorenzo Bonnafoux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Madjid Duche was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Madjid Duche in the 54th minute of play forced Eze's goalkeeper Philibert Meline to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 played minutes Fondettes got a freekick which was hit by Kévin Challet. Moïse Groussard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Bonnafoux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Darren Gerault struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Moïse Groussard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eze. Moïse Groussard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Darren Gerault went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Dominique Coutelle was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. In the 70th minute, Dominique Coutelle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute of the match Auguste Gerbeau shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Philibert Meline showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eze's Philibert Meline played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Madjid Duche in the 74th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Madjid Duche left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fondettes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Eze's Philibert Meline played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Yves Planchenault in the 89th minute of play. Lorenzo Bonnafoux kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Fondettes were awarded a corner. Auguste Gerbeau went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Fondettes's corner Auguste Gerbeau fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Philibert Meline quite easily take care of the ball. Kévin Challet hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Fondettes were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Eze for a fine match.
