Pacome Debas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mourad Caparros in the 6th minute of the match. When Mourad Caparros came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Pouvourville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mourad Caparros couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jackson Godfrin during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bouillargues booed when Pouvourville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jackson Godfrin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugues Garcon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rémy Fritz having to interfere. Pacome Debas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dimitri Sionneau's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 33rd minute, Gaston Dez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mourad Caparros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pacome Debas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Hugues Garcon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rémy Fritz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Mourad Caparros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pacome Debas. Bouillargues's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mourad Caparros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Rémy Fritz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugues Garcon's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The Bouillargues players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pouvourville were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugues Garcon made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Pouvourville got a freekick which was hit by Fabien Dumoutier. Hubert Blois took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rémy Fritz. Pouvourville's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dimitri Sionneau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pacome Debas having to interfere. Pacome Debas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mourad Caparros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 played minutes, Pouvourville's Tim Pourcel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pacome Debas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pouvourville reached it. After 63 minutes, Ludovic Hauchecorne mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pouvourville and the Bouillargues players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pouvourville's Ludovic Hauchecorne got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 70th minute, Hugues Garcon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dimitri Sionneau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pacome Debas having to make a save. After having played for 82 minutes, Mourad Caparros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pouvourville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mourad Caparros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Dimitri Sionneau put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Pacome Debas. Jackson Godfrin kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Mourad Caparros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pacome Debas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. When Gaston Dez fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bouillargues's protests and gave Gaston Dez a yellow card for diving instead. Gaston Dez hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 98th minute Mourad Caparros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pacome Debas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pouvourville eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
