Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Serge Gosselin started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Démouville's Jean-Christophe Couty got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Démouville's goalkeeper Émeric Mussard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 11 played minutes, Pfastatt's Charlie Machado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Émeric Mussard came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pfastatt reached it. Bixente Izard hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Jean-Christophe Couty made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 14thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Pierre Bodin would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Émeric Mussard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronan Alberto in the 15th minute of play. Pfastatt's Pierre Bodin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Pfastatt from getting a goal against them. Ronan Alberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jean-Philippe Jollivet during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Démouville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Philippe Jollivet to maneuver through the defense. Serge Gosselin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Émeric Mussard having to interfere. Ronan Alberto struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Émeric Mussard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pfastatt. Serge Gosselin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sacha Sempe kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Jean-Christophe Couty managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Démouville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jean-Christophe Couty was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 37th play minutes Joël Renouf shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Pierre Bodin and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 43rd minute Serge Gosselin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Émeric Mussard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrien Mion's late challenge caught a Pfastatt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrien Mion helped the player get up and apologised. When Serge Gosselin came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Pfastatt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serge Gosselin couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joël Renouf made a kick off. Pfastatt's Pierre Bodin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joël Renouf in the 57th minute of play. Jean-Philippe Jollivet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre Bodin having to interfere. If Jean-Christophe Couty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Ronan Alberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Émeric Mussard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serge Gosselin in the 67th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Démouville got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Philippe Jollivet. Jean-Philippe Jollivet hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. If Ronan Alberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, Démouville's goal looked a bit too open when Serge Gosselin came free, but Émeric Mussard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Pfastatt's Ronan Alberto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Émeric Mussard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Serge Gosselin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Émeric Mussard having to interfere. With a little luck, Démouville's Émeric Mussard got control of the ball when Ronan Alberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th minute, Démouville's Baptiste Legrand seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Baptiste Legrand the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Démouville protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Baptiste Legrand had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Démouville:s Émeric Mussard showed great skill when he stopped Alexandre Bacque:s penalty. Émeric Mussard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serge Gosselin's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pfastatt players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Démouville.
