Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jose Herbreteau got the match started through his kick off. Sacha Belet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Herbreteau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Lachaise took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julien Lucchesi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Ranville getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Alfred Verdier hit a great ball. With a little luck, Pinval's Tommy Lachaise got control of the ball when Jean-Baptiste Panel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julien Lucchesi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julien Lucchesi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sacha Belet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Herbreteau in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Jose Herbreteau cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sacha Belet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Pinval's Daniel Fugier got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 36th minute, Pinval's Eric Garino seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Eric Garino the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pinval protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Eric Garino had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 36th minute, one of Pinval:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pinval. David Mahaut kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Auguste Doucoure in the 44th minute of play forced Ranville's goalkeeper Sacha Belet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tristan Lafaurie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Sacha Belet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julien Lucchesi to make the kick off. Sacha Belet made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Auguste Doucoure sent off a good shot on target. Auguste Doucoure could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Sacha Belet made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Ranville's Alfred Verdier got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute, Auguste Doucoure left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pinval fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Julien Lucchesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Tommy Lachaise tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 72 in the game by Auguste Doucoure from a close distance when the talented Sacha Belet managed to make a qualified save. Ranville's players were relieved. Sacha Belet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Auguste Doucoure's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pinval's goalkeeper Tommy Lachaise, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, David Mahaut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sacha Belet. Ranville's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Mahaut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 84 minutes into the game, Jean-Baptiste Panel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ranville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pinval the free kick. In the 84th match minute, Ranville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Baptiste Panel to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jean-Baptiste Panel in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Lachaise saved Pinval from getting behind. Tommy Lachaise took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julien Lucchesi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jean-Baptiste Panel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ranville's Jean-Baptiste Panel got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Ranville supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pinval's performance. The match ended with a win for Pinval.
