Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Romuald Bellec took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Augustin Mokhtari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the match, Albert Hamon notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Praubert's Ulysse Cointe. Ulysse Cointe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot 9 in the game by Eddy Cocq from a close distance when the talented Henri Bocquier managed to make a qualified save. Poitevine's players were relieved. The supporters of Poitevine booed when Praubert was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Ledez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Hippolyte Croce sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Praubert's Ulysse Cointe didn't even have to move. Eddy Cocq's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henri Bocquier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Romuald Bellec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ulysse Cointe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Poitevine's goal looked a bit too open when Adrien Baillon came free, but Henri Bocquier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eddy Cocq got free with Henri Bocquier in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ulysse Cointe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romuald Bellec in the 31st minute of play. Albert Hamon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulysse Cointe having to interfere. If Eddy Cocq had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xavier Roig during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 38 played minutes Poitevine got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Roig. After having played for 41 minutes, Eddy Cocq managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Praubert's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eddy Cocq was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th match minute, Praubert was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reda Boissard to maneuver through the defense. If Romuald Bellec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrien Baillon was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Eddy Cocq notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Poitevine's Henri Bocquier. Henri Bocquier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 55th minute, Ramzi Aubert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henri Bocquier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jordan Cabrol, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Ulysse Cointe made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Albert Hamon sent off a good shot on target. If Romuald Bellec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Poitevine's Henri Bocquier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrien Baillon in the 68th minute of play. If Eddy Cocq had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Vericel lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Praubert fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Poitevine a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hippolyte Croce, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Praubert's Ulysse Cointe. 1-3. When Reda Boissard fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Praubert's protests and gave Reda Boissard a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Poitevine booed when Praubert was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reda Boissard didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Poitevine's zone, Eddy Cocq stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henri Bocquier came out of the goal and Eddy Cocq tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eddy Cocq sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eddy Cocq took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henri Bocquier. Henri Bocquier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3.
