Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Samuel Vincent took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alex Frappier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitri Lombard having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, Alex Frappier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dimitri Lombard was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th minute, Place's Bastien Rouquie dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Bastien Rouquie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romuald Jegat having to interfere. In the 26th match minute, Maraval was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Le Guilloux to maneuver through the defense. Josselin Boudin struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Romuald Jegat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Place. Romuald Jegat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bastien Rouquie in the 40th minute of the match. When Paul Derouet fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Place's protests and gave Paul Derouet a yellow card for diving instead. Paul Derouet hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 46th match minute, Place was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ghislain Loth to maneuver through the defense. Maraval were awarded a corner in the 49th minute after Place's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zinedine Sellam took the corner. After taking down the ball on Maraval's corner Zinedine Sellam fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dimitri Lombard quite easily take care of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bastien Rouquie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Josselin Boudin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marc-Antoine Finance took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romuald Jegat. Romuald Jegat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Alex Frappier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitri Lombard having to interfere. Alfred Bellegarde hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Place's zone, Alex Frappier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimitri Lombard came out of the goal and Alex Frappier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Josselin Boudin in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romuald Jegat saved Maraval from getting behind. In the 96th minute Josselin Boudin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romuald Jegat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Place's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
