Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julien Lorenzi got the match started through his kick off. David Juillet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Germain Velly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Germain Velly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olivier Tual in the 4th minute of the match. In the 7th match minute, Escobecques was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marvin Verne to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Croisset's Joey Tarbouriech broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a little luck, Escobecques's Germain Bony got control of the ball when Jordan Degouy tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Jordan Degouy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Julien Lorenzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Croisset's goalkeeper Germain Velly, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. David Juillet struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Germain Velly didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escobecques. A collision led to Croisset getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Marc Bury hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olivier Tual in the 27th minute of play forced Croisset's goalkeeper Germain Velly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jordan Degouy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Germain Bony made a huge save. Julien Lorenzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Germain Bony tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julien Lorenzi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 37th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Escobecques's zone, Jordan Degouy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Germain Bony came out of the goal and Jordan Degouy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Julien Lorenzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julien Lorenzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germain Bony having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Germain Velly successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A hard shot 55 in the game by Olivier Tual from a close distance when the talented Germain Velly managed to make a qualified save. Croisset's players were relieved. Germain Bony showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julien Lorenzi in the 56th minute of the match. Julien Lorenzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Germain Bony. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julien Lorenzi ran back to his position shaking his head. Olivier Tual recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd match minute, Croisset was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Jaegle to maneuver through the defense. Germain Velly stood somewhat misplaced when David Juillet came free in front of goal and shot 0-1 to the left of him in the 65 minute. Olivier Tual received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Germain Velly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Julien Lorenzi came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Croisset fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julien Lorenzi couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Escobecques getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Hubert Boyer hit a great ball. Escobecques's Germain Bony played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien Lorenzi in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of Croisset booed when Escobecques was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidney Boulot didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jordan Degouy, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 81 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Germain Bony was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. David Juillet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Germain Velly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Julien Lorenzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Escobecques's goal looked a bit too open when Jordan Degouy came free, but Germain Bony reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olivier Tual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle went the supporters of Escobecques were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Croisset side.
