Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Noel Delanoe started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Brice Corniere made a precise shot to the right of Aurelien Batista. Nangy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 9 played minutes Nangy got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Philippe Libert. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brice Corniere in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelien Batista saved Nangy from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brice Corniere in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelien Batista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brice Corniere struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Aurelien Batista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rixheim. When Noel Delanoe came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Nangy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Delanoe couldn't finish the play. Aurelien Batista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brice Corniere, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Aurelien Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitri Deruelle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Noel Delanoe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jose Paque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Delanoe, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Jimmy Bruneau kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Noel Delanoe in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jose Paque saved Rixheim from getting behind. Jose Paque made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mathis Gendrot in the 45th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathis Gendrot got free with Jose Paque in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Rixheim were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brice Corniere stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Noel Delanoe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rixheim's Jose Paque was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Rixheim defense, Noel Delanoe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jose Paque. The Rixheim fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jose Paque should have stopped the shot. Dimitri Deruelle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelien Batista having to interfere. Dimitri Deruelle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose Paque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathis Gendrot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jose Paque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathis Gendrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Aurelien Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brice Corniere in the 84th minute of play. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rixheim's goalkeeper Jose Paque, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aurelien Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brice Corniere in the 90th minute of the match. Aurelien Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brice Corniere in the 91st minute of play. Noel Delanoe might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jose Paque. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Noel Delanoe ran back to his position shaking his head. Noel Delanoe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
