Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Steven Lucien started the match with the kick off. Jean-Marc Maridet kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Romeo Riffault's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolphe Dutrieux read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. When Jarod Tarbouriech came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Pregnin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarod Tarbouriech couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Pregnin's Pierre-Louis Varet threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Steven Lucien, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 17th minute, Jarod Tarbouriech reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pierre-Louis Varet. The goal made the score 1-0. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pregnin! In the 26th minute there was a penalty for Chaparon. Ulysse Neyret stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rodolphe Dutrieux. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Chaparon's zone, Jarod Tarbouriech stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pierre-Louis Varet came out of the goal and Jarod Tarbouriech tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steven Lucien in the 33rd minute of play forced Chaparon's goalkeeper Pierre-Louis Varet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Pregnin's Jarod Tarbouriech sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pierre-Louis Varet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Hamza Vacher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeo Riffault recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

If Gilbert Miguet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Chaparon booed when Pregnin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Miguet didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Jarod Tarbouriech cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Pierre-Louis Varet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rodolphe Dutrieux took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Riffault, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodolphe Dutrieux showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Riffault, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 65thth minute of the game Romeo Riffault who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pregnin's Rodolphe Dutrieux was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Riffault in the 70th minute of play forced Pregnin's goalkeeper Rodolphe Dutrieux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolphe Dutrieux was a little too slow when Romeo Riffault got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 2-2. After 77 played minutes Romeo Riffault rounded Pregnin's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. In the 81st minute Jarod Tarbouriech shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre-Louis Varet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85th play minutes Romeo Riffault shot 2-4, a short shot which went by Rodolphe Dutrieux and just under the crossbar into goal. Hamza Vacher struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Rodolphe Dutrieux didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chaparon. After 92 minutes, Yohann Sandrin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chaparon and the Pregnin players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pierre-Louis Varet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steven Lucien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hamza Vacher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chaparon walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
