Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Chatenet's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Riffault came free, but Axel Massias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamza Vacher could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Axel Massias made a huge save. If Hamza Vacher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Gregoire Oliviero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chatenet fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Emeric Hernandez came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Chatenet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emeric Hernandez couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Emeric Hernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chatenet's supporters rose to their feet, but Emeric Hernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pierre-Louis Varet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Chaparon booed when Chatenet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Chevillot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulysse Neyret, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Hamza Vacher's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Axel Massias skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gregoire Oliviero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregoire Oliviero in the 31st minute of play forced Chaparon's goalkeeper Pierre-Louis Varet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Axel Massias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hamza Vacher in the 36th minute. In the 39th minute Gregoire Oliviero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre-Louis Varet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romeo Riffault fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Massias having to interfere. Emeric Hernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre-Louis Varet having to interfere. After the first half Chatenet were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romeo Riffault to make the kick off. Romeo Riffault received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Axel Massias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pierre-Louis Varet was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Gregoire Oliviero capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gregoire Oliviero really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. If Emeric Hernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chaparon's Pierre-Louis Varet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Chaparon from getting a goal against them. Pierre-Louis Varet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emeric Hernandez in the 77th minute. After 80 played minutes Chaparon got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Marc Maridet. The long shot by Patrick Chevillot in the 81st minute really tested Pierre-Louis Varet's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of Chatenet booed when Chaparon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donovan Caron didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Emeric Hernandez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gregoire Oliviero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th match minute, Chaparon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Hamet to maneuver through the defense. Emeric Hernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Pierre-Louis Varet made a huge save. Yohann Sandrin hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Chatenet's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Patrick Chevillot in the 95th minute.
