Mohamed Tricaud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Gauche, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Mohamed Tricaud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Junior Gauche in the 9th minute of play. Joey Attal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laurent Pelle charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laurent Pelle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Junior Gauche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmid Carrion made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luc Chalvet in the 18th minute. In the 28th minute, one of Arlac:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Arlac. Ahmid Carrion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harold Maertens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Luc Chalvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38thth minute of the game Harold Maertens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arlac's Ahmid Carrion was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luc Chalvet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ahmid Carrion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harold Maertens's late challenge caught a Arlac's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harold Maertens helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pioline getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Harold Maertens hit a great ball. Joey Attal struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Mohamed Tricaud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arlac. Joey Attal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Mohamed Tricaud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joey Attal to strike the kick off in the second half. Fernand Rieux hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Gustave Le Breton was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 55th minute. Arlac's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Luc Chalvet scored 2-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmid Carrion, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 63 in the game by Joey Attal from a close distance when the talented Mohamed Tricaud managed to make a qualified save. Pioline's players were relieved. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pioline's goalkeeper Mohamed Tricaud, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Luc Chalvet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pioline fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Joey Attal might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mohamed Tricaud. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joey Attal ran back to his position shaking his head. Joey Attal struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Mohamed Tricaud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arlac. 83 minutes into the game, Karim Patin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arlac's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pioline the free kick. Karim Patin kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harold Maertens in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmid Carrion saved Arlac from getting behind. If Luc Chalvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dylan Schreiner's late challenge caught a Pioline's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dylan Schreiner helped the player get up and apologised. Arlac's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
