An unexpectedly hard shot by Ethan Dano in the 6th minute of play forced Millière's goalkeeper Corentin Ouali to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferdinand Malle's late challenge caught a Lanvrizan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferdinand Malle helped the player get up and apologised. Romain Richert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Lanvrizan defense, Francois Deleplanque kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Georges Parodi. The Lanvrizan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Georges Parodi should have stopped the shot. Romain Richert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georges Parodi having to interfere. The supporters of Millière booed when Lanvrizan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernand Sablon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francois Deleplanque recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yannick Marie-Louise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georges Parodi having to interfere. A collision led to Lanvrizan getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Boris Massoni hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Romain Richert was the one to do the kick off. Millière's Corentin Ouali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ethan Dano in the 55th minute of play. When Millière's Romain Richert in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lanvrizan's goalie prevented a goal. After 59 played minutes Millière got a freekick which was hit by Nathan Lesaulnier. After having played for 61 minutes, Thibaut Roussel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lanvrizan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thibaut Roussel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Millière's goalkeeper Corentin Ouali, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romain Richert in the 68th minute of play forced Lanvrizan's goalkeeper Georges Parodi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Francois Deleplanque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Francois Deleplanques short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Georges Parodi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ewan Trichard kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Lanvrizan's Georges Parodi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Lanvrizan from getting a goal against them. Millière's Ferdinand Malle got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Georges Parodi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romain Richert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francois Deleplanque got free with Georges Parodi in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Romain Richert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Millière had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
