Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lorenzo Fourmond got the match started through his kick off. If Loic Vuillemin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lorenzo Fourmond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxence Ferey having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Calvin Roguet got free with Gaston Vasselin in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 16 played minutes Gonnehem got a freekick which was hit by Rudy Pavie. With a little luck, Gonnehem's Gaston Vasselin got control of the ball when Calvin Roguet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nathan Lebrat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute, Avion's Calvin Roguet dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Maxence Ferey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Fourmond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calvin Roguet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gaston Vasselin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tim Veau's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxence Ferey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. With a little luck, Gonnehem's Gaston Vasselin got control of the ball when Calvin Roguet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Calvin Roguet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Gaston Vasselin made a huge save.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nathan Lebrat to make the kick off. Nathan Lebrat struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Gaston Vasselin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rudy Pavie during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Avion booed when Gonnehem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Pavie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaston Vasselin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calvin Roguet, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. With a little luck, Avion's Maxence Ferey got control of the ball when Tim Veau tried to sneak it across the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Tim Veau notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Avion's Maxence Ferey. Maxence Ferey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Avion's Maxence Ferey got control of the ball when Tim Veau tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eymeric Martinetti's late challenge caught a Gonnehem's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eymeric Martinetti helped the player get up and apologised. After 71 played minutes Avion got a freekick which was hit by Eymeric Martinetti. Maxence Ferey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Fourmond in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Nathan Lebrat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 78 minutes Avion's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Maxime Colle who took care of the corner kick. Tim Veau's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxence Ferey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. When Lorenzo Fourmond came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Gonnehem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Fourmond couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Lorenzo Fourmond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gonnehem's Lorenzo Fourmond got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
