After a defensive mix-up in Crangeat's zone, Bob Billaud stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaétan Bessard came out of the goal and Bob Billaud tried to chip the ball over his head. When Samy Potin fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crangeat's protests and gave Samy Potin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Samy Potin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 16 minutes, Bob Billaud managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. fc rouen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bob Billaud was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 18 minutes, Albert Filloux mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the fc rouen and the Crangeat players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Crangeat booed when fc rouen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bob Billaud's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Gaétan Bessard skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. fc rouen's 沈辰政 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batiste Calvi in the 31st minute of play. Francois Verdure kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dorian Bosquet to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Bob Billaud's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaétan Bessard was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. fc rouen's Bob Billaud got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Farina kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Djimmy Pasco, 80 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorian Bosquet in the 82nd minute of play forced fc rouen's goalkeeper 沈辰政 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bob Billaud in the 88th minute of play forced Crangeat's goalkeeper Gaétan Bessard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bob Billaud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Gaétan Bessard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Crangeat were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over fc rouen's much stronger midfield.
