Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adam Rocheteau got the match started through his kick off. Gauthier Moyon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philippe Bourigault, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Mario Donne charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Donne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mario Donne hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Gauthier Moyon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Creusot in the 5th minute of play. Gauthier Moyon came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by ESTAC's Diego Creusot. But to his dismay, Diego Creusot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 14th minute of the match Gabriel Arthur sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gauthier Moyon skillfully saved the ball. Mario Donne kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 16 minutes, Philippe Bourigault mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ESTAC and the Comines players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes ESTAC got a freekick which was hit by Philippe Bourigault. Gilles Demonchy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gauthier Moyon having to interfere. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind ESTAC's goalkeeper Harold Mercier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, ESTAC's Gilles Demonchy got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 30th minute Diego Creusot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gauthier Moyon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Donne kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rdth minute of the game Patrick Ribes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Comines's Gauthier Moyon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute, one of ESTAC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ESTAC. Harold Mercier had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Cedric Souillard's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Diego Creusot managed to get in a good position for a shot. ESTAC's supporters rose to their feet, but Diego Creusot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gauthier Moyon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diego Creusot to make the kick off. ESTAC's Harold Mercier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Rocheteau in the 58th minute of play. If Diego Creusot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Creusot got free with Gauthier Moyon in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Diego Creusot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Creusot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Gauthier Moyon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrick Ribes scored 0-3 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gauthier Moyon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Diego Creusot took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Gauthier Moyon to make any attempt to save it. ESTAC played a much better game than Comines and deserved their victory. The Comines players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
