Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Augustin César made the kick off which started today's match. Gildas Patureau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin César, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Gaspard Delbecq managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Mezelly's Axel Guidet fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 7th minute, Bruno Verges fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gaspard Delbecq, passed just outside the right post. After 8 minutes of play, Mezelly's Axel Guidet made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaspard Delbecq was left in no man's land by his defense there! Axel Guidet who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Gaspard Delbecq when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Axel Guidet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Garlop's goal looked a bit too open when Barnabe Bermond came free, but Gaspard Delbecq reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Mezelly booed when Garlop was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matheo Lerch didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Mezelly's Malik Lagache tried to score from far away in the 21st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jolan Chemineau hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Barnabe Bermond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspard Delbecq having to interfere. Axel Guidet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gaspard Delbecq tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Guidet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspard Delbecq having to interfere. Matheo Lerch kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Axel Guidet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mezelly's Barnabe Bermond in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Garlop's goalie prevented a goal. 38 minutes into the match, Axel Guidet notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Garlop's Gaspard Delbecq. Gaspard Delbecq was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In a very dangerous position, a player in Garlop fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Barnabe Bermond was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Barnabe Bermond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspard Delbecq saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Axel Guidet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Gaspard Delbecq tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hercule Papa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Gildas Patureau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garlop's Gaspard Delbecq played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Guidet in the 75th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Garlop got a freekick which was hit by Jolan Chemineau. After a rather tough play, Garlop's Anatole Chareyre got a free kick in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Garlop's zone, Barnabe Bermond stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspard Delbecq came out of the goal and Barnabe Bermond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Augustin César who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mezelly's Gildas Patureau was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hercule Papa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gildas Patureau having to interfere. Mezelly's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
