Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kamel Viardot kicked off to start the match. David Frere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamel Viardot in the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th match minute, Providence was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eymeric Pioche to maneuver through the defense. David Frere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamel Viardot in the 9th minute of play. Anatole Geiger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jules Bize tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kamel Viardot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Frere was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kamel Viardot showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. In the 30th match minute, Olympique Montfrinois was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Terry Chiquet to maneuver through the defense. Kamel Viardot struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. David Frere didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olympique Montfrinois. After a rather tough play, Olympique Montfrinois's Robin Bourret got a free kick in the 35th minute. Anatole Geiger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kamel Viardot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Frere having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Erwan Metais made the kick off in the second half. Anatole Geiger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Jules Bize tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Erwan Metais dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jules Bize, 1-1. Terry Chiquet might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over David Frere. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Terry Chiquet ran back to his position shaking his head. When Terry Chiquet came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Olympique Montfrinois fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Terry Chiquet couldn't finish the play. Kamel Viardot took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Frere. David Frere dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anatole Geiger got free with Jules Bize in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kamel Viardot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Frere having to interfere. When Bakary Perrocheau fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olympique Montfrinois's protests and gave Bakary Perrocheau a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Olympique Montfrinois a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nelson Beaume, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Providence's David Frere. 3-1. Bakary Perrocheau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Frere having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Olympique Montfrinois fully deserved thier win.
