Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Émile Passemard took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ronan Gatto kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of Vallières booed when Pompignac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Émile Passemard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdel De Meyer struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Rachid Duplessis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vallières. Karl Sonnet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 8 played minutes Pompignac got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Christophe Malfoy. Alou Jaussaud, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Karl Sonnet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rachid Duplessis having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Vallières's Karl Sonnet slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rachid Duplessis. That made the score 1-0 after 23 minutes of play. If Abdel De Meyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roland Riboulet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles-Henri Nouhaud in the 32nd minute of play. Abdel De Meyer struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Rachid Duplessis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vallières. Émile Passemard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Riboulet having to interfere. Rachid Duplessis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl Sonnet in the 45th minute. Jean-Christophe Malfoy kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abdel De Meyer to strike the kick off in the second half. Karl Sonnet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Duplessis having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Yann Passard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pompignac's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vallières the free kick. After 53 played minutes Pompignac got a freekick which was hit by Yann Passard. In the 56th minute, Charles-Henri Nouhaud got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Émile Passemard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Émile Passemard was extremely unlucky when he, in the 63rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a little luck, Vallières's Roland Riboulet got control of the ball when Charles-Henri Nouhaud tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Vallières was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Émeric Soulard to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 72 minutes, Charles-Henri Nouhaud managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pompignac's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charles-Henri Nouhaud was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Vallières's goalkeeper Roland Riboulet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charles-Henri Nouhaud. A collision led to Vallières getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Jarod Galy hit a great ball. Pompignac's Rachid Duplessis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdel De Meyer in the 88th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Émile Passemard dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roland Riboulet, 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vallières had won after a very even match.
