Aigrefouin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Custines the free kick. Patrice Hanriot kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The supporters of Aigrefouin booed when Custines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karim Gherardi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Arthur Goulet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sabri Berruyer stood somewhat misplaced when Mathias Robion came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 48 minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Charles Séverin to strike the kick off in the second half. Mathias Robion kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match.
