Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luc Turquet took the kick off in the first half of the match. Basile Boulant kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Velaux's Romeo Marsault got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 5th minute Elias Minne suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. A collision led to Perenchies getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Luc Turquet hit a great ball. Luc Turquet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Henri Krieger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 played minutes Velaux got a freekick which was hit by Sabri Bultel. In the 15thth minute of the game Luc Turquet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Velaux's Henri Krieger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luc Turquet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henri Krieger having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Sabri Bultel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pierre-Louis Plateau during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes Perenchies got a freekick which was hit by Pierre-Louis Plateau. Velaux's Gérard Hoguet got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gérard Hoguet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Pascal Mutel made a huge save. 31 minutes into the game, Dorian Berteau was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Velaux's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Perenchies the free kick. The supporters of Perenchies booed when Velaux was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Berteau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perenchies's Luc Turquet got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gérard Hoguet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gérard Hoguet to strike the kick off in the second half. The Perenchies supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Perenchies would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
