Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dove Vaugeois got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Poulx's Achille Bouron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Batiste Enjalbert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Achille Bouron in the 6th minute of play forced Tanneron's goalkeeper Batiste Enjalbert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Achille Bouron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 19 minutes, François Bodet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tanneron's supporters crossed their fingers, but François Bodet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kader Duthoit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Batiste Enjalbert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Achille Bouron struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Batiste Enjalbert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poulx. After having played for 30 minutes, François Bodet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tanneron's supporters crossed their fingers, but François Bodet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Poulx's goalkeeper Guillaume Le Guillou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by François Bodet. 34 minutes into the match, Tanneron's goal looked a bit too open when Achille Bouron came free, but Batiste Enjalbert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guillaume Le Guillou made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when François Bodet sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute of the match, Brendan Carrere got a very nice opportunity to score, but Guillaume Le Guillou was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Poulx getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Michaël Barou hit a great ball. John Fauque's late challenge caught a Tanneron's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. John Fauque helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Poulx's John Fauque got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Achille Bouron was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Poulx's zone, Jacques Hanot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillaume Le Guillou came out of the goal and Jacques Hanot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 53rd minute Dove Vaugeois shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillaume Le Guillou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kader Duthoit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batiste Enjalbert having to interfere. In the 59th minute of the match, Kader Duthoit got a very nice opportunity to score, but Batiste Enjalbert was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Batiste Enjalbert, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kader Duthoit couldn't finish the play. In the 75th minute Achille Bouron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batiste Enjalbert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dove Vaugeois received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Guillaume Le Guillou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. François Bodet took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guillaume Le Guillou. Guillaume Le Guillou dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Achille Bouron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kader Duthoit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Batiste Enjalbert made a huge save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
