In the 25thth minute of the game Ernest Bonhomme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrage FC's Éluard Manin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marius Pech during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th minute, Jérémie Le Rolland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barrage FC's Nathan Troncy couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Avulligoz. Bryan Cano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Victor Boye tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernest Bonhomme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Barrage FC's zone, Jérôme Piednoel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Éluard Manin came out of the goal and Jérôme Piednoel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bryan Cano was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Ernest Bonhomme notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Barrage FC's Éluard Manin. Éluard Manin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Philippe Pelé hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Jérôme Piednoel struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Éluard Manin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avulligoz. In the 89th match minute, Barrage FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malik Horn to maneuver through the defense. Bryan Cano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jérôme Piednoel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avulligoz's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
