After having played for 25 minutes, Damien Bénichou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ToutNoir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damien Bénichou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gildas Alba charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gildas Alba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gildas Alba hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Dove Delepierre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Trouillot, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, ToutNoir's Gildas Alba got a free kick in the 31st minute. After some careless play in the Brinches defense, Cyril Séjourné kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Mertens. The Brinches fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Mertens should have stopped the shot. Damien Bénichou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose Trouillot hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Dove Delepierre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrien Mechain's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edouard Ledig in the 47th minute of play forced ToutNoir's goalkeeper Dove Delepierre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cyril Séjourné made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Cyril Séjourné hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the game, ToutNoir's Damien Bénichou nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Mertens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1.
