Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Johnny Bechard made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Patxi Monfort managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seysolaz's supporters rose to their feet, but Patxi Monfort was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martial Metro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Salomon Arab's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Steven Greco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Barthelemy Girardet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gildas Ville took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Martial Metro. Montivilliers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Emile Pinel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Montivilliers's Salomon Arab slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Steven Greco. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. After 19 played minutes Montivilliers got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Buguet. Patxi Monfort received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Martial Metro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johnny Bechard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martial Metro having to interfere. A collision led to Seysolaz getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Mohamed Jeune hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Emile Pinel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 played minutes Montivilliers got a freekick which was hit by Emile Pinel. If Patxi Monfort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
Martial Metro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnny Bechard in the 53rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emile Pinel in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Steven Greco saved Seysolaz from getting behind. Steven Greco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emile Pinel in the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Emile Pinel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Steven Greco. Seysolaz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emile Pinel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Martial Metro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johnny Bechard's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Patxi Monfort fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martial Metro having to interfere. Montivilliers's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Johnny Bechard 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. After a rather tough play, Seysolaz's Patxi Monfort got a free kick in the 88th minute. Loïc Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emile Pinel in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Steven Greco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
