With an extended leg and a bit of luck Philibert Caux prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Axel Candau, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 48 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Mourad Noyelle was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The Graibusson players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Avrillé were winning 0-1.

Axel Candau took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mourad Noyelle. Mourad Noyelle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Lamine Cochennec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philibert Caux having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Graibusson's zone, Lamine Cochennec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philibert Caux came out of the goal and Lamine Cochennec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lamine Cochennec came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Philibert Caux could save by the left post. In the 75th match minute, Graibusson was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valerien Chaignon to maneuver through the defense. Avrillé's Gameiro Bonnefoi suffered a sore thigh after 77 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 77 minutes into the game, David Dominique was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Graibusson's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Avrillé the free kick. Graibusson's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
