The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas Frossard to strike the kick off in the second half. Canabias's Francis Tardivel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Castex in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Rémi Burdin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Francis Tardivel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 63 minutes into the match, Victor Castex had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francis Tardivel. Canabias's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Castex was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. After a rather tough play, GARRAFA FC's Rayan Foure got a free kick in the 77th minute. When Renaud Galpin came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Canabias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renaud Galpin couldn't finish the play. The supporters of GARRAFA FC booed when Canabias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul-Henri Ostermann didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded GARRAFA FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Canabias.
