Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Billy Barat started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Renan Chevrel hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Mathieu Brisard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute, Thomas Roure got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Théodore Saint-Saëns in the 11th minute of play forced Morinais's goalkeeper Omar Sabas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kamel Cheminade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Roure, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A collision led to Vernaz getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Youri Defer hit a great ball. Théodore Saint-Saëns struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Omar Sabas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vernaz. In the 25thth minute of the game Thomas Roure who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vernaz's Kamel Cheminade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Morinais booed when Vernaz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renan Chevrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Thomas Roure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Youri Defer's late challenge caught a Morinais's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Youri Defer helped the player get up and apologised. Youri Defer hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Thomas Roure might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kamel Cheminade. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thomas Roure ran back to his position shaking his head. Billy Barat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Omar Sabas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vernaz's Billy Barat got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 41 minutes, Djamel Montaut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Morinais and the Vernaz players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Morinais's Djamel Montaut got a free kick in the 41st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Vernaz's Maurice Loupias tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 48th minute, Mathieu Brisard made a precise shot to the right of Kamel Cheminade. Vernaz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thomas Roure was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Roure in the 55th minute of play forced Vernaz's goalkeeper Kamel Cheminade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mathieu Brisard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the game, Guy Tuffery was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vernaz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Morinais the free kick. When Guy Tuffery was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. The supporters of Morinais booed when Vernaz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guy Tuffery didn't get a good kick on the ball. Théodore Saint-Saëns could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Omar Sabas made a huge save. Thomas Roure recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Vernaz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Souche to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Thomas Roure managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morinais's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Roure was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kamel Cheminade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Renan Chevrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Théodore Saint-Saëns was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Vernaz's Billy Barat got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Théodore Saint-Saëns received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Omar Sabas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Roure sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Théodore Saint-Saëns fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Sabas having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Morinais's goalkeeper Omar Sabas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Théodore Saint-Saëns. Omar Sabas made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Théodore Saint-Saëns sent off a good shot on target. The Vernaz players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Morinais from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
