Noa Neumann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anatole Marot having to interfere. Bakary Legrain charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bakary Legrain the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Gentilly's Bakary Legrain got a free kick in the 20th minute. Kevan Bechet might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over François-Xavier Tallec. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kevan Bechet ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the match, Kevan Bechet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of François-Xavier Tallec. Gentilly's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kevan Bechet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gentilly's François-Xavier Tallec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliott Bruel in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of KARAGÜMRÜK booed when Gentilly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugues Lecœur didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, KARAGÜMRÜK's Eliott Bruel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that François-Xavier Tallec narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Flavian Bouis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliott Bruel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. François-Xavier Tallec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

In the 53rd minute, Flavian Bouis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gentilly's zone, Eliott Bruel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. François-Xavier Tallec came out of the goal and Eliott Bruel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. KARAGÜMRÜK's Eliott Bruel got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dave Chauffour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eliott Bruel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute Noa Neumann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anatole Marot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KARAGÜMRÜK's Anatole Marot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noa Neumann in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Kevan Bechet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliott Bruel in the 79th minute of play forced Gentilly's goalkeeper François-Xavier Tallec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of KARAGÜMRÜK booed when Gentilly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bakary Legrain didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kylian Berthome during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kylian Berthome kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Eliott Bruel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 91 minutes, Noa Neumann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gentilly's supporters crossed their fingers, but Noa Neumann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over KARAGÜMRÜK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gentilly throughout the match.
