Val-de-Marne's Marc-Antoine Bascou got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 9th match minute, Val-de-Marne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Charles Bizet to maneuver through the defense. Billy Savignat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jason Seris went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Johan Ball had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jason Seris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raphaël Griveau's late challenge caught a Tours F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raphaël Griveau helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Val-de-Marne getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Raphaël Griveau hit a great ball. Billy Savignat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Limouzin in the 33rd minute of the match. Éric Bérot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Cyril Citerne was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Val-de-Marne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tours F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Val-de-Marne getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Cyril Citerne hit a great ball. Billy Savignat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jason Seris in the 39th minute of play. Florian Majorel charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florian Majorel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Val-de-Marne's Florian Majorel got a free kick in the 40th minute. 44 minutes into the match, Tours F.C.'s goalkeeper Henri Boulinguez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marc-Antoine Bascou. Junior Quantin kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Tours F.C.'s Éric Bérot got his second yellow card of the match in the 47th minute. The supporters of Tours F.C. booed when Val-de-Marne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphaël Griveau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jason Seris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Billy Savignat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jason Seris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tours F.C.'s Jason Seris got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Brian Limouzin came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Tours F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brian Limouzin couldn't finish the play. When Florian Majorel was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. In the 76th minute, Florian Majorel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jason Seris succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 86th playminute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
