Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alix Lizarazu started the match with the kick off. Pouily's Prosper Taupin got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Alix Lizarazu came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Bellegarde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alix Lizarazu couldn't finish the play. Bellegarde's Lionel Mirande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barthélémy Mégret in the 10th minute of play. Edmond Frébourg made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Félicien Buret sent off a good shot on target. Félicien Buret could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Edmond Frébourg made a huge save. Lionel Mirande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barthélémy Mégret, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Brandon Vinchon's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Lionel Mirande on his right side and into the goal. 22 minutes into the game it was 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alix Lizarazu during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Bellegarde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alix Lizarazu to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Félicien Buret notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Pouily's Edmond Frébourg. Edmond Frébourg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 47 played minutes Pouily got a freekick which was hit by Brandon Vinchon. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Bellegarde's Félicien Buret got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edmond Frébourg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alix Lizarazu's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Edmond Frébourg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Félicien Buret in the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 minutes, Alix Lizarazu made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Pouily's Edmond Frébourg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Félicien Buret's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmond Frébourg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Lionel Mirande made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Prosper Taupin sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Bellegarde's Yohann Dorchies got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Pouily's Brandon Vinchon broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Barthélémy Mégret sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alix Lizarazu took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmond Frébourg. Edmond Frébourg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. With a little luck, Bellegarde's Lionel Mirande got control of the ball when Prosper Taupin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lionel Mirande made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prosper Taupin in the 98th minute. Bellegarde's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
