In the 3rd minute, one of Malnoue:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Malnoue. The supporters of -GMT-FC BATIPREST booed when Malnoue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Barthe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute of the match Aurél Kôváry sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaston Noblet skillfully saved the ball. Hippolyte Souque's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaston Noblet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. -GMT-FC BATIPREST's Edvard Kvick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save -GMT-FC BATIPREST from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute, Paul-Henri Conti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvard Kvick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erwan Lauer, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Omer Macrez during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the -GMT-FC BATIPREST defense, Auguste Pincemin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edvard Kvick. The -GMT-FC BATIPREST fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvard Kvick should have stopped the shot. In the 34th minute Erwan Lauer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvard Kvick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilbert Drame got free with Edvard Kvick in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, -GMT-FC BATIPREST's Hippolyte Souque sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaston Noblet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aurél Kôváry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Gaston Noblet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Bob Lemahieu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Erwan Lauer made the kick off in the second half. Erwan Lauer struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Edvard Kvick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malnoue. After 60 minutes of play, -GMT-FC BATIPREST's Aurél Kôváry made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaston Noblet was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edvard Kvick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynald Attia in the 65th minute of play. Gaston Noblet was a little too slow when Aurél Kôváry got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 1-4. When Malnoue's Gilbert Drame in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye -GMT-FC BATIPREST's goalie prevented a goal. -GMT-FC BATIPREST made a substitution. Gregoire Bru replaced Aurél Kôváry. Hugo Baudoin hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute of the match Auguste Pincemin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edvard Kvick showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edvard Kvick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Drame, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to -GMT-FC BATIPREST getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Paul-Henri Conti hit a great ball. Edvard Kvick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Drame in the 92nd minute of play. Chants of -GMT-FC BATIPREST echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Malnoue had held the ball for most of the match.
