With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prosper Body in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roland Foret saved Rolleville from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prosper Body in the 12th minute of play forced Rolleville's goalkeeper Roland Foret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Prosper Body's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roland Foret was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Villecresnes's Reda Dez got a free kick in the 24th minute. 25 minutes in the game, Raymond Boulogne fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jocelyn Dillies having to interfere. Villecresnes's Martial Tauzin got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roland Foret stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prosper Body's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prosper Body in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Foret prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Rolleville's goal looked a bit too open when Prosper Body came free, but Roland Foret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Désiré Ruhlmann's late challenge caught a Villecresnes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Désiré Ruhlmann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th match minute, Rolleville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Désiré Ruhlmann to maneuver through the defense. Prosper Body's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roland Foret read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martial Tauzin made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Villecresnes's goal looked a bit too open when Donald Pillon came free, but Jocelyn Dillies reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Raymond Boulogne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Rolleville booed when Villecresnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Le Dorze didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Martial Tauzin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roland Foret was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After recieving a nice pass, Rolleville's Malcom Larose tried to score from far away in the 67th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Donald Pillon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jocelyn Dillies having to interfere. Raymond Boulogne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Jocelyn Dillies tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th match minute, Rolleville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raymond Boulogne to maneuver through the defense. Roland Foret made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prosper Body in the 82nd minute. After 82 minutes, André Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rolleville and the Villecresnes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 83rd minute, André Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roland Foret was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Prosper Body capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Prosper Body really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Prosper Body fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Foret having to interfere. Rolleville's Roland Foret played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martial Tauzin in the 91st minute of play. Raymond Boulogne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jocelyn Dillies having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Villecresnes walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
