Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Beniamin Dulka kicked off to start the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Beniamin Dulka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Verlinghem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beniamin Dulka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 6 played minutes Five FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Carre. Marc-Antoine Colomb took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Augustin Chandelier. Five FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Verlinghem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Loustalot to maneuver through the defense. When Ben Tartarin came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Five FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ben Tartarin couldn't finish the play. Augustin Chandelier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierrick Julien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pierrick Julien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustin Chandelier having to interfere. If Pierrick Julien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Verlinghem's Noe Chappuis was substituted for Aziz Godin. The audience was convinced that Jean-Yves Ehret's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augustin Chandelier was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Jean-Yves Ehret managed to get in a good position for a shot. Verlinghem's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Yves Ehret was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augustin Chandelier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jean-Yves Ehret received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Augustin Chandelier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donatien Belleville stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ben Tartarin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Jean-Yves Ehret notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Five FC's Augustin Chandelier. Augustin Chandelier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Jean-Yves Ehret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jean-Yves Ehret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Carre hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Augustin Chandelier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Yves Ehret, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Jean-Yves Ehret ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augustin Chandelier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. When Jean-Yves Ehret came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Verlinghem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean-Yves Ehret couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Five FC booed when Verlinghem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. François-Xavier Vrignon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Verlinghem's Jean-Yves Ehret got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Five FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Jean-Yves Ehret scored to the left of an out of position Augustin Chandelier, making the score, 0-5. Verlinghem played a much better game than Five FC and deserved their victory. The Five FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
