After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Bilal Le Mercier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fanatics 88's supporters rose to their feet, but Bilal Le Mercier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean Caire breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 9 minutes, Noa Pouyet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fanatics 88 and the Aubord players grew even worse after the yellow card. Noa Pouyet hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Aubord's David Reinhart couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fanatics 88. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martial Amalric in the 13th minute of play forced Fanatics 88's goalkeeper Raphaël Pinelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fanatics 88's Noa Pouyet got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute, Aubord's Martial Amalric ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Raphaël Pinelli. Raphaël Pinelli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. If Martial Amalric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tristan Villot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Fanatics 88's zone, Tristan Villot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raphaël Pinelli came out of the goal and Tristan Villot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gregory Hauss came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Raphaël Pinelli could save by the left post. When Martial Amalric came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Aubord fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martial Amalric couldn't finish the play. Raphaël Pinelli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Martial Amalric showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bilal Le Mercier was the one to do the kick off. Jean Caire made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Marc-Aurèle Sauvetre sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fanatics 88's goalkeeper Raphaël Pinelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Martial Amalric notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Fanatics 88's Raphaël Pinelli. Raphaël Pinelli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 72nd minute, Tristan Villot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Tristan Villot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aubord's supporters rose to their feet, but Tristan Villot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raphaël Pinelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raphaël Pinelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martial Amalric in the 76th minute of play. If Martial Amalric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Fanatics 88's goal looked a bit too open when Martial Amalric came free, but Raphaël Pinelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aubord were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fanatics 88 for a fine match.
