In the 2nd minute, Bilal Le Mercier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Fanatics 88 booed when Toulouges was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Conti didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th match minute, Toulouges was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bart Chantrel to maneuver through the defense. If Bilal Le Mercier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bakary Yung fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphaël Pinelli having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Marc-Olivier Perriot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Toulouges's supporters rose to their feet, but Marc-Olivier Perriot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raphaël Pinelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute, Octave Gâtineau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute Bakary Yung shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphaël Pinelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octave Gâtineau in the 40th minute of play forced Fanatics 88's goalkeeper Raphaël Pinelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marc-Aurèle Sauvetre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marc Delplace made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Marc-Aurèle Sauvetre sent off a good shot on target. Bakary Yung received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Raphaël Pinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Fanatics 88 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Toulouges were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bilal Le Mercier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bilal Le Mercier scored 1-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marc Delplace, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Bakary Yung managed to get in a good position for a shot. Raphaël Pinelli came out of the goal and Octave Gâtineau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute of the match, Octave Gâtineau got a very nice opportunity to score, but Raphaël Pinelli was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Raphaël Pinelli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Octave Gâtineau in the 84th minute. Bakary Yung received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Raphaël Pinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octave Gâtineau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphaël Pinelli having to interfere. Raphaël Pinelli made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Octave Gâtineau sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fred Eychenne during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fred Eychenne hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. When Ramzi Crespel came up free with the goalie in the 100th minute, the Fanatics 88 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramzi Crespel couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Fanatics 88 could leave the field as winners, despite Toulouges having more of the ball for most of the match.
