Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Amaury Hérédia was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ruitz! Benoît Delannoy walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. When Barthélémy Gamba fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ruitz's protests and gave Barthélémy Gamba a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th minute, Barthélémy Gamba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruitz's Steevy Ménez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didier Terret in the 11th minute of play. When Lavérune's Didier Terret in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ruitz's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute, Tony Melet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clément Rodriguez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Gilbert Gaudet took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steevy Ménez. Steevy Ménez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Lavérune's Rémy Laplace sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Steevy Ménez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Rémy Laplace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didier Terret in the 29th minute of play forced Ruitz's goalkeeper Steevy Ménez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Melet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Clément Rodriguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Steevy Ménez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didier Terret in the 40th minute of the match. Gilbert Gaudet charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilbert Gaudet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Lavérune was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Gaudet to maneuver through the defense. After 45 minutes Lavérune's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Justin Levi who took care of the corner kick. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tony Melet to strike the kick off in the second half. Steevy Ménez didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 53rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. In the 57th minute of the match, Didier Terret got a very nice opportunity to score, but Steevy Ménez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Didier Terret recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the game, Rémy Laplace recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Steevy Ménez. Rémy Laplace showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Steevy Ménez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Didier Terret in the 71st minute. Didier Terret received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Steevy Ménez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lavérune booed when Ruitz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samy Bourgault didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Didier Terret, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 79 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Steevy Ménez was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Didier Terret who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Steevy Ménez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 91st minute Rémy Laplace shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steevy Ménez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lavérune booed when Ruitz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samy Bourgault didn't get a good kick on the ball.
