After a rather tough play, Bandol's Patrice Morichon got a free kick in the 51st minute. Milan AC's Djibril Leseigneur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Milan AC from getting a goal against them. In the 88th match minute, Milan AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louison Rossignol to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Raymond Bron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jean-Christophe Rault was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Djibril Leseigneur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teddy Riot in the 97th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
