After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Brandon Bouthors managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gabaron's supporters rose to their feet, but Brandon Bouthors was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Jacobs in the 79th minute of play forced Gabaron's goalkeeper Paul Aufrère to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Brandon Bouthors came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Gabaron fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brandon Bouthors couldn't finish the play.
