Honoré Échard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Fourrier, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cormontreuil fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! Fabian Fardeau came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mustapha Bourigault could save by the left post. Evan Flamand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honoré Échard having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Djimmy Hay in the 26th minute of play forced Pégomas's goalkeeper Mustapha Bourigault to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pégomas's Mustapha Bourigault played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Djimmy Courault in the 27th minute of play. Evan Flamand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Honoré Échard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Evan Flamand notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cormontreuil's Honoré Échard. Honoré Échard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabian Fardeau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustapha Bourigault having to interfere. The supporters of Cormontreuil booed when Pégomas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Éluard Harel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute, Daniel Grall sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pégomas's Mustapha Bourigault didn't even have to move. After the first half Pégomas were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

David Fourrier struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Honoré Échard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pégomas. Pégomas's Evan Flamand got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Cormontreuil's zone, Evan Flamand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honoré Échard came out of the goal and Evan Flamand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Djimmy Hay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustapha Bourigault having to interfere. Jérémie Malosse hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Evan Flamand's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Honoré Échard firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Aziz Vannier came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Pégomas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aziz Vannier couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the match, Pégomas's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Hahn came free, but Mustapha Bourigault reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute Manuel Hahn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustapha Bourigault saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Davy Debris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pégomas's Mustapha Bourigault played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Fardeau in the 73rd minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Cormontreuil's Fabian Fardeau nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustapha Bourigault made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If David Fourrier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Cormontreuil's goal looked a bit too open when David Fourrier came free, but Honoré Échard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pégomas's Evan Flamand got a free kick in the 85th minute. Evan Flamand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pégomas's Davy Debris got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evan Flamand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Honoré Échard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustapha Bourigault made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Hahn in the 93rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pégomas's Kylian Prévost got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Pégomas players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Cormontreuil from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
