Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Maxime Cosson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jacob Calvi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ennecourt's Ben Lecœur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxime Cosson in the 16th minute of play. The long shot by Ghislain Maret in the 18th minute really tested Antoine Gilquin's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Karim Carayon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antoine Gilquin having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Igor Ponton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ennecourt's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Ponton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antoine Gilquin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carpiquet's Antoine Gilquin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karim Carayon in the 28th minute of play. Carpiquet's Antoine Gilquin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Carpiquet from getting a goal against them. If Jacob Calvi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maxime Cosson struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Ben Lecœur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carpiquet. When Grégory Gabillard came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Ennecourt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grégory Gabillard couldn't finish the play.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karim Carayon to make the kick off. Karim Carayon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Antoine Gilquin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Sammy Turpin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carpiquet's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ennecourt the free kick. A collision led to Carpiquet getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Sammy Turpin hit a great ball. Ennecourt's attack was well implemented in the 78th minute, but when Karim Carayon was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. After having played for 80 minutes, Igor Ponton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ennecourt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Ponton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Carpiquet's goal looked a bit too open when Karim Carayon came free, but Antoine Gilquin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ennecourt were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Carpiquet for a fine match.
