Jacques Guiet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Claude Herry managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tamaris's supporters rose to their feet, but Claude Herry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacques Guiet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Tamaris's Claude Herry sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacques Guiet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd match minute, balany crew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raymond Demailly to maneuver through the defense. Danny Suarez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Côme Quenet in the 35th minute of play. Côme Quenet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Danny Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gauthier Péguet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. Gauthier Péguet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Danny Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Berenger Sarda made a kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Côme Quenet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tamaris's Danny Suarez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Tamaris getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Claude Herry hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Côme Quenet in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danny Suarez saved Tamaris from getting behind. 61 minutes into the match, Tamaris's goal looked a bit too open when Raymond Demailly came free, but Danny Suarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Raymond Demailly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to balany crew getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Marouane Gondouin hit a great ball. Berenger Sarda might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacques Guiet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Berenger Sarda ran back to his position shaking his head. Claude Herry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacques Guiet having to interfere. If Côme Quenet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the game, Donald Rival was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tamaris's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave balany crew the free kick. The supporters of balany crew booed when Tamaris was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donald Rival didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danny Suarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Côme Quenet in the 88th minute of the match. Berenger Sarda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacques Guiet having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Berenger Sarda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tamaris's supporters rose to their feet, but Berenger Sarda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacques Guiet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
